About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed with Jeddah Office Furniture through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
We try to show every product accurately. Colours and finishes can look slightly different on screens, so you are welcome to see the furniture in our showroom before you buy.
We may correct errors in prices or product information. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before continuing.

Orders

After you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm the details and agree the delivery time. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. If a product is not available, we will tell you and offer an alternative or cancel that item.

Payment

Cash on delivery: pay when your order is delivered.
Bank transfer: we send you our bank details after you order, and your order is prepared once the payment is received.

For company and bulk orders, payment terms are agreed in your quote.

Delivery and installation

We deliver across Jeddah. For other cities, please contact us before ordering.
Our team calls you to agree a delivery day and time.
Installation is included: our team assembles your furniture and places it at your address.
Please make sure there is access to the delivery location and that someone is available to receive the order.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been delivered, our returns policy applies.

Returns and warranty

Please check your furniture when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is damaged or not what you ordered. Our products are covered against manufacturing defects; the warranty period depends on the product. Full details are on our returns & warranty page.
